Project Roots AZ is a 501c3 community garden and homestead located in Glendale, AZ. Our mission is to nourish and educate communities in need by promoting a healthier, natural, and more sustainable way of urban living.
As the scorching summer sun beats down on Phoenix, Arizona, our unsheltered neighbors face a relentless battle against extreme heat. In the blistering desert temperatures, access to clean water becomes a matter of survival. Let’s rally together and be the tide of hope for those in need.

Together, we can make a difference. Here’s how you can help:
• Donate bottled water: Your contribution can provide lifesaving hydration to those facing the harsh realities of summer on the streets.
Other items that we will collect are:
• Tote bags/ draw string bags
• Electrolyte powdered drink packs
• Sunscreen and SPF lip balm
• Sun hats and baseball caps
• Sunglasses
• Insulated water jugs (half-gallon preferred)
• Cooling wraps/towels
• Spread the word: Share our campaign with friends, family, and colleagues to amplify our impact and raise awareness about the importance of water assistance for our unsheltered neighbors.
• Volunteer: Join us in distributing water and providing support to our unsheltered communities throughout Phoenix, offering relief and compassion during these challenging times.
